The “Yakiniku & beef offal noodle set” features a combination of popular yakiniku and a special ramen featuring beef innards.

The yakiniku portion includes four types of meat: chicken thigh, chicken breast, karubi (Japan’s version of Korean kalbi or galbi) and sagari. The latter is a rare cut located near the diaphragm, offering a lean and flavorful experience.

The satisfying ramen in the set will surely warm you, heart and soul.

The pork bone-based broth and spicy beef innards make the perfect combination, so the restaurant recommends enjoying them together in the same ladleful when you eat.

The ramen uses straight, fine noodles that hold the pork bone broth well. They have just the right firmness and go down very smoothly when you swallow them.

Additionally, the topping of shibazuke pickles provides a unique accent and introduces a different texture to the dish.
