“Mo-Mo PARADISE” is a restaurant chain that has expanded its presence worldwide, with a focus on Asia, including Thailand and Indonesia.
In Japan, it has two locations, one near Shinjuku Station’s East Exit and another in Kabukichō, where you can savor hotpot dishes made with domestically sourced beef.
The standout feature of Mo-Mo PARADISE is undoubtedly their all-you-can-eat hotpot with high-quality meats.

Meat so tender it’ll blow you away! A huge bounty of vegetables served buffet style
The popular Japanese Beef Course starts off customers with 5 types of meat: Chuck Roll, Shoulder Clod, Flank, Boston Butt, and Pork Belly.
Following the initial serving, you can order additional meat as much as you like using the restaurant’s mobile order system.

To really bring out the flavor and tenderness of the meat, Mo-Mo PARADISE emphasizes temperature control from sourcing to serving.
By carefully controlling the temperature, they prevent the loss of moisture from the meat, preserving its rich umami flavor.
Among the four options, the shabu-shabu is the most straightforward, and that allows you to appreciate the pure taste of the high quality meat even more.
The restaurant also pays close attention to the condiments and seasonings they offer.
Mo-Mo PARADISE has selected condiments based on criteria like spiciness, fragrance, acidity, and overall flavor. This diverse lineup includes such options as hot chili sauce, garlic vinegar, and Sriracha sauce made from chili peppers and garlic, creating an international array.
You can enjoy creating your own favorite combinations with the dipping sauces, so you won’t find yourself tiring of the options.

The sukiyaki soup used at the restaurant features a deep and rich flavor accentuated by the use of kokutō mitsu (Japanese black sugar syrup).
It pairs particularly well with the beef belly, and when you dip tender meat into the soup, the sweetness of the marbling becomes even more pronounced.
A calming and relaxed interior perfect for spending a laid-back time
The Shinjuku Station East Exit branch of Mo-Mo PARADISE is divided into two floors, the 3rd and 4th of the building it’s located within, and offers both group seating and options for solo diners.
The restaurant’s modern and well-designed interior is great for those looking to enjoy a meal in a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

The popularity of the restaurant among travelers from abroad is particularly noticeable during dinnertime hours. The mobile order menu is available not only in English but also in Chinese.
Additionally, starting from November 2023, they plan to enhance the menu for inbound customers by offering five new types of Japanese sake.
The sake comes in bottles with just the right amount for one person to enjoy with their dinner, and customers can also choose their own sake cups..
With the expected increase in travel to Japan, international diners are sure to be drawn to Mo-Mo PARADISE to experience a luxurious and enjoyable time.
